Halloween Turned Healthy

With Halloween right around the corner, we already have enough stress worrying about our costumes. But the thought of all of the Halloween candy we will consume this year is just as frightening. From the unthinkable amount of calories in a Hershey bar, to the massive intake of sugar in a package of Sour Patch Kids, Halloween candy is spookier than the actual holiday!

Well, no need to worry. With the help of portion control, and choosing the right candy to indulge in, your Halloween treats will be just as tasty as every other year.
